Who You Are: The Performance Driver
You are a driven Marketer who loves turning insights into results. Specifically, we need someone who can listen and detect a client’s true needs. You will then propose a solid mix media plan (Digital, Print, OOH) that hits the mark.
Because you have a strong passion for performance, you help clients boost their visibility. You achieve this through integrated 360° campaigns, impactful content, and next-generation SEO & AI solutions. At Gabari, nothing is done alone. We are a dynamic team that learns and grows together. Your Technical Expertise
You are fluent in the Google ecosystem, including GA4, Ads, GTM, and Search Console. Additionally, you know how to run effective social campaigns. Crucially, you understand that a modern customer journey is multi-faceted. It does not just live on a screen; rather, it breathes through Print and OOH as well.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for end-to-end performance across our projects. Specifically, your role involves:

360° Media Plans: You will strategize and execute integrated campaigns. These combine Digital, Print, and OOH to ensure a seamless brand presence.

Paid Performance: You will build and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.

Bridging Offline & Online: You will implement “phygital” tracking. This helps measure the impact of Print and OOH on digital conversions.

AI & SEO Strategy: You will improve AI-search visibility. In addition, you will use AI-first content strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

Data Orchestration: You will use GA4 and Looker Studio. Consequently, you will turn raw data into dashboards that reflect the entire media mix.

Budget Ownership: You will monitor budgets across all channels. You must shift spend dynamically to maximize ROI.
Your Profile and Skills

Experience: 3+ years in digital/performance marketing with a proven track record.

Technical: Proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GTM.

360° Vision: You can translate a digital concept into a high-impact billboard or a tactile print ad.

AI Enthusiast: You are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Communicator: You bring structure and ownership. Furthermore, you can explain complex data to clients with ease.

Languages: Fluent in Dutch & English. Proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
