INTRO

Zilverkwartier is a landmark transformation of the iconic Agfa-Gevaert site, which we helped bring to market through a complete 360° branding and digital strategy. Featuring 82 homes with dynamic architecture, this project serves as the heartbeat of a massive masterplan. It successfully turns a historic industrial area into a lively neighborhood where living, working, and nature find a perfect, healthy balance.

Branding & Identity

We developed the Branding for Zilverkwartier to bridge the site’s “silver” industrial heritage with its new green future. The visual identity reflects a fresh, contemporary energy designed to attract families and urban professionals who value both the peace of a residential enclave and the vibrance of the city.

3D Visuals & Cinematic Video

To sell the vision before its completion, we produced high-fidelity 3D Visuals and an immersive Video. These assets allow potential residents to experience the “dynamic architecture” and the spacious green courtyards firsthand. Our video storytelling focuses on the lifestyle—showing how seamlessly the residential spaces connect to the masterplan’s shopping, recreation, and workspaces.

Digital Strategy & Lead Generation

The Website acts as the project’s digital sales office, featuring interactive maps that guide users through the new neighborhood layout. We paired this with a high-performance Lead Generation campaign, using precision-targeted digital ads to capture buyers looking for a sustainable, all-in-one living environment.

Brochure & On-site Communication

Our Brochure serves as a tactile manifesto for the project, detailing the high-quality finishes and the “Agfa” site’s evolution. On the ground, we maximized visibility through bold On-site Communication. We transformed the construction site into a local landmark with large-scale graphics that tell the story of Zilverkwartier to every passerby.
