We developed a full-scale commercial engine to reintroduce this legendary site to the Brussels market.

Branding & Project Strategy

Our Project Strategy focused on the “Industrial Elegance” of the site. We created a Branding identity that honors the building’s rugged history while signaling its future as a high-end residential hub. By positioning UTOPIA as a bridge between the heritage of the Canal area and the luxury of the Royal Domain surroundings, we established a narrative that appeals to both investors and soul-searching homeowners.

3D Visuals & Digital Presence

To communicate the “pleasant living” concept, we produced hyper-realistic 3D Visuals that spotlight the atrium and communal gardens. These renders prove that industrial loft living can be warm, green, and energy-efficient. This visual excellence powers the Website, which serves as the central conversion hub for our Digital Marketing and Lead Generation campaigns. We utilized data-driven targeting to capture a diverse audience of urban professionals attracted to the project’s unique character.

On-site Impact & Launch Event

To dominate the local landscape, our On-site Communication turned the construction site into a high-visibility gallery along the Canal.
