Uni’Vert is the new project of BPI, located in Oudergem, opposite the VUB and ULB campuses and adjacent to the vibrant energy of Ixelles, this project offers a rare blend of urban convenience and natural tranquility. This project celebrates the unique ecological and historical heritage of its surroundings, creating a lush retreat within Brussels’ dynamic core. Gabari had the privilege of crafting a brand identity that captures and enhances these distinctive qualities, bringing the essence of Uni’Vert to life.
Identity Design & Art Direction: Naturally Urban
Our Identity Design was built around the harmony between “Uni” (Unity/University) and “Vert” (Green). We established an Art Direction that uses an organic color palette and clean, modern lines to reflect the project’s dual nature. The visual language feels both academic and refreshing, positioning Uni’Vert as the premier choice for those who want to stay connected to the city’s pulse while living in a green sanctuary.
Copywriting: Telling the Story of Heritage
Through evocative Copywriting, we highlighted the site’s unique location at the crossroads of knowledge and nature. The narrative focuses on the concept of “The Green Thread”—a lifestyle that weaves together the historical charm of Oudergem with the youthful effervescence of the nearby university district. This storytelling helps potential residents envision a life of balance, where academic excellence meets environmental peace.
Videography: Capturing the Atmosphere
To truly convey the serenity of the site, we utilized high-end Videography. Our films capture the dappled sunlight through the trees and the seamless integration of the architecture into its verdant backdrop. By blending lifestyle shots with the vibrant surroundings of Ixelles and the campuses, the video content serves as a window into the peaceful daily reality of living at Uni’Vert.
Lead Generation: Connecting with the Community
We implemented a targeted Lead Generation strategy to reach a diverse demographic, including academics, young professionals, and investors. By leveraging the project’s proximity to major universities and its rare green credentials, we drove high-quality traffic to the sales funnel.
