We developed a Branding identity that reflects the architectural unity of the four buildings. The visual language is clean, structured, and sophisticated. It highlights the project’s unique “four-in-one” design while using a palette that suggests both professional excellence and environmental harmony. 3D Production & Website: Virtual Excellence

To showcase 60,000 m² of potential, we utilized high end 3D Production. These visuals bring the central oasis to life, showing how light and nature penetrate the workspace. The Website serves as a high performance digital platform where prospective tenants can explore technical specs, sustainability certifications, and floor plans. It acts as a comprehensive portal into the project’s virtuous philosophy.

Brochure & On-site Communication

For a project of this scale, the physical impact was essential.

• Brochure: We designed a premium brochure that acts as a technical and lifestyle guide, detailing the passive energy systems and the quality of the working environments.

• On-site Communication: We managed the On-site Communication to turn the construction phase into a landmark event. Impactful hoarding and signage throughout the North District ensured that Quatuor was recognized as a major contributor to the revitalization of the Brussels skyline.
