We used high-end 3D visuals to bring this groundbreaking neighborhood to life. These renders showcase the diverse architectural styles and the expansive green spaces that define the district. By visualizing the car-free streets and communal areas, we helped potential residents see how Nieuw Zuid prioritizes human connection and sustainable living.

Drone Shooting: Capturing the Scale

To document the evolution of this massive site, we performed professional drone shooting. These aerial perspectives capture the unique layout of the district and its strategic position along the Scheldt river.
