Lake District is the new heart of Knokke, an exceptional project by Ghelamco. Comprising three distinctive buildings and 166 high-end apartments, this development offers unique views in an environment where nature, sports, and recreation meet. Connected by an amazing central courtyard, this project is set to become a landmark on the Belgian coast. Since Knokke is often a “second home” for many, we focused on capturing that specific sense of retreat and exclusivity.

Our Project Strategy was built on the idea of “The New Heart.” We positioned Lake District as the central point where the luxury of Knokke meets the tranquility of the surrounding nature. The Branding identity reflects this balance. It is sophisticated yet inviting, using a visual language that speaks to both primary residents and second-home owners looking for a premium lifestyle upgrade.

To bring a project of 166 units to life, we utilized state-of-the-art 3D renders and a cinematic Animation Video. These assets allow potential buyers to explore the three distinct architectural styles and the lush communal courtyard. By showcasing unique views of the surrounding polders and lakes, we helped residents visualize their future home long before the first brick was laid.

Website & Sales Tool: Driving the Experience
The Website serves as the digital front door for Lake District, offering an interactive overview of all 166 apartments. We integrated a custom Sales Tool that allows the commercial team to filter units by view, size, and building in real-time. This ensures a seamless journey from the first click to the final signature, providing potential buyers with all necessary technical and lifestyle data.
Print & On-site Communication: Tangible Impact
We translated the digital experience into high-quality Print Collaterals, including luxury brochures and investor packs. On the ground, we managed the On-site Communication to dominate the local landscape. Our large-scale signage and immersive site branding turned the construction area into a high-visibility landmark, capturing the attention of the thousands of visitors who frequent Knokke every season.
