INTRO

Hestia, originally a historic Gendarmerie building, has been transformed into a residential haven of timeless sophistication. This project offers a modern tribute to Ranst’s storied past, blending architectural heritage with contemporary living. Gabari was entrusted with designing an identity system that reflects the village’s rich cultural heritage while drawing inspiration from the beauty of its natural surroundings.

Naming & Visual Identity: Rooted in Heritage

Our process began with Naming, selecting a title that evokes the warmth of the hearth and the sanctuary of home. The Visual Identity was crafted to honor the building’s history as a former Gendarmerie. We used a refined palette and typography that feel both authoritative and welcoming. To ensure consistency across all platforms, we established comprehensive Brand Guidelines that govern how the project communicates its unique character to the world.

Copywriting & Storytelling

Through meticulous Copywriting, we told the story of Hestia’s metamorphosis. The tone of voice is poetic yet grounded, highlighting the transition from a historic landmark to a modern residence. We focused on the emotional appeal of living in a place with a “storied past,” appealing to buyers who value character, stability, and the quiet elegance of village life in Ranst.

Illustrated Map & Print Brochure

To showcase the project’s local context, we created a custom Illustrated Map. This piece highlights the proximity to nature and the cultural landmarks of Ranst, presenting the neighborhood as an extension of the home. These elements culminated in a premium Print Brochure. This tactile sales tool uses high-quality finishes to reflect the project’s sophistication, guiding potential residents through the building’s history, its natural surroundings, and its future.
