This prime office complex, originally built for a leading Belgian insurer in the late 1980s, underwent a radical transformation to meet modern standards. Located directly next to the Gent-Sint-Pieters railway station, Green Court combines an unbeatable central location with a complete, in-depth renovation delivered in 2021.

We developed a full-service marketing suite to relaunch this historic site as a premier business hub.

Branding & 3D Visualization

We built the Branding for Green Court around themes of renewal and efficiency. The visual identity reflects a professional, high-performance environment while nodding to the “Green” aspect of the project’s name and courtyard. To bridge the gap between the old structure and its new life, we created high-end 3D Visuals. These renders highlight the sleek, light-filled interiors and the renovated facade, proving that 1980s architecture can become a cutting-edge landmark.

Digital & Print Presence

The Website serves as a high-speed information portal for potential tenants. We designed it for maximum clarity, providing instant access to floor plans, technical specifications, and the project’s unique mobility advantages. To complement the digital push, we produced a premium Brochure. This physical piece uses high-quality layouts to detail the renovation process and the superior finishes that define the new Green Court.

On-site Communication

To capture the attention of the thousands of commuters at Gent-Sint-Pieters, we deployed bold On-site Communication. Large-scale banners and clear signage transformed the construction site into a powerful advertisement, ensuring the building remained top-of-mind for businesses looking for the best-connected office in the city.
