The EQ renovation is a visionary collaboration between AG Real Estate and BPI. To kickstart its commercialization, Gabari provided the essential tools for market entry. Our team was responsible for creating the brochure, crafting 3D animations, and producing the launch film.

EQ isn’t just a building—it represents a bold and sustainable reimagining of the iconic ‘Arlon-Trèves’ structure, a hallmark of 1970s Brutalist architecture. The
transformation includes: a 20,000 m² of office spaces, coworking areas, and conference facilities and a rooftop bar and a vibrant green garden.
As the winner of the Renolab.b
competition in 2022, EQ is aiming for BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and WELL ‘Core Gold’ certifications, showcasing a steadfast commitment to environmental innovation and workplace well-being.
