This Ghelamco project combines authentic exterior architecture with exquisite modern interiors, offering residents maximum comfort and a wealth of amenities. From the library with its private bar to the heated English courtyard and wellness suite, every detail is designed for an effortless lifestyle near the Golf court and Het Zwin.

Branding and Visual Storytelling

We crafted a Branding strategy that reflects the prestige of Knokke-Zoute. The visual identity balances coastal elegance with the exclusivity of a private club. To showcase the project before completion, we produced high-end 3D renders and a Video Animation that takes viewers through the lobby lounge and landscaped terraces. These tools capture the “boutique” feel, emphasizing the premium materials and the unique service-oriented concept.

Digital Presence and Marketing

The Website acts as the digital concierge for the project, providing a seamless experience for potential buyers to explore floor plans and amenities. We supported the launch with a data-driven Digital Marketing strategy and strategic Media Buying. By placing targeted ads in high-end lifestyle publications and premium digital networks, we ensured Lake District reached a sophisticated audience looking for a secondary home or a permanent coastal retreat.

Tactile and On-site Impact

For a project of this caliber, the physical experience is essential. Our Brochure is a high-quality editorial piece that details the lifestyle and the surrounding boutiques and restaurants. On the ground, we managed the On-site Communication, using elegant hoarding and signage that respect the refined aesthetics of the Zoute neighborhood while building local awareness and prestige.
