INTRO

The Cosmopolitan is a striking example of urban revitalization by Besix Red. Located in the heart of the Belgian capital, this project transformed an outdated 1960s office building into a vibrant residential tower. Designed with Bogdan & Van Broeck architects, the building now houses 158 residential units and 1,500 sqm of office space. It serves as an iconic response to Brussels’ housing needs, bringing high-end living to a historic district.

 

Branding: A Modern Urban Vision

We developed the Branding for The Cosmopolitan to reflect its bold, transformative nature. The visual identity captures the energy of the city while emphasizing the project’s sophisticated, high-end appeal. By positioning the tower as a symbol of urban quality, the brand helped turn an abandoned office site into a desirable landmark for modern city dwellers.

 

3D Visualisations: Architectural Transformation

To showcase the dramatic shift from a sixties office block to a contemporary tower, we produced high-fidelity 3D renders. These visuals highlight the sleek facade and the light-filled interiors of the new apartments. By focusing on the refined materials and expansive city views, the 3D assets allowed potential buyers to see the building’s potential long before completion.

 

Website: The Digital Gateway to the City

The Website acts as a central hub for the project, detailing its contribution to the district’s revitalization. We designed an intuitive user interface that explores the 158 units and the integrated office spaces. The platform serves as a powerful sales tool, emphasizing the project’s strategic location and its vision for a new, high-quality urban life.

 

Brochure: Elegance in Print

Our Brochure is a premium editorial piece that tells the story of the site’s metamorphosis. It combines architectural insights with lifestyle photography to convey the “effervescence” of living in the center of Brussels. The brochure provides a tactile experience of the project’s refinement, serving as a lasting portfolio of Besix Red’s innovative approach to urban housing.
