For Burenberg a new landmark project in Leuven, we crafted a composition of 3D visuals as a sales and marketing tool.
The project is composed of 8 different buildings with a very specific architecture, including the renovation of a Monastery. Attention to detail was required to translate the vision of the architects and developer into interior and exterior renders as well as a video animation.

Our approach turned technical precision into a powerful sales and marketing engine:

3D Visuals & Attention to Detail

With eight different architectural styles at play, attention to detail was paramount. We didn’t just render buildings; we translated the specific vision of the architects into photorealistic exterior and interior visuals. Every texture, from the weathered stone of the Monastery to the sleek glass of the contemporary structures, was rendered to highlight the project’s “exquisite” materiality.

3D Video & Animations

To truly capture the scale of the site, we produced a cinematic 3D video animation. This tool allows potential buyers to “walk” through the interconnected courtyards and experience the transition from historic cloisters to avant-garde living spaces. These animations serve as the ultimate sales tool, providing an emotional immersion that static images cannot match.
