Located just outside of Brussels Airport, this project represents the pinnacle of modern mixed-use development. Three connected towers house state-of-the-art office spaces, a premium hotel, and a wide array of additional services. The architecture reflects an innovative concept conceived by the renowned Belgian firm Jaspers-Eyers, creating a seamless link between international travel and professional excellence.

Branding: The Identity of Connectivity

We developed a Branding identity that emphasizes the project’s role as a primary gateway. The visual language is sleek, aerodynamic, and corporate, mirroring both the nearby aviation hub and the architectural precision of Jaspers-Eyers. This brand positions the towers as a prestigious business address where global connectivity meets local expertise.

3D & Video Animation: Architecture in Motion

To showcase the unique connection between the three towers, we utilized high-end 3D production and a cinematic Video Animation. These tools allow viewers to experience the fluid transition between the professional office environments and the hospitality services of the hotel. The animation highlights the impressive glass facades and the strategic orientation of the buildings within the airport district.

Website: A Digital Hub for Global Business

The Website acts as a comprehensive portal for potential tenants and partners. It provides an intuitive interface to explore the “state-of-the-art” facilities and the various services available on-site. We focused on a clean, high-performance design that reflects the efficiency and innovation of the project itself.
