The Horizon is a project in Woluwe built by Home Invest Belgium. The Horizon is very innovative in that it wants to offer both a home and a community for its tenants.
The Horizon has its own movie theater, wellness, bar, fitness space and child play area.
It will be occupied by a very international community of expats, EU officials and embassy personnel.
The strategy we have chosen is ‘Never run out of space’ because it’s all about space; space to live, space to enjoy, space to get to know each other. The Horizon offers all of this to its residents who are often not familiar with Brussels and now have the opportunity to live in a community where they are able to get to know their neighbours.
For the ‘Never Run Out of Space’ strategy we have created a very spacy look and a NASA-like type font. This is perfectly in line with the innovative and avant-garde story we want to tell. This style is the central theme throughout the website, brochure and all the materials we have created. The 3D interiors were very creative and perfectly reflect what was built in reality.
The Horizon has a rather low profile approach to media spend and is mainly relying on attracted media and press to get the project out there. However, we featured the project in some in-flight magazines which are read by the target group we are aiming for.
