Edition is a high-end project on the Avenue Louise in Brussels right in the middle of the elegant shopping district. Together with the customer we have chosen the concept ‘Life in Perfect detail’. This concept perfectly reflects what potential customers expect from this kind of residential project: Attention to detail and perfect finishing.
To tell the story of the project we have produced a high-class website that embodies ‘Life in perfect detail’. The landing page contains the best 3D images possible in combination with a city photo shoot and 360° images of the luxurious interior.
To further highlight the concept we have also created a hardcover brochure that expresses the thinking behind the project to the max.
For Edition we have selected an effective mix of online and offline channels at the high end of the media spectrum. We are advertising to end users more than to investors, as this kind of project appeals mostly to buyers acquiring apartments for own occupation. Online tools such as Google Adwords and Facebook are supported by print to ensure that the brand awareness is high, in a very competitive environment amongst at least 5 projects trying to reach the same audience within a 2 km perimeter.
3 months into the sales period we analysed the success of the campaign in a meeting with the real estate agents and our customer. We concluded that the project had a higher than average lead conversion on the website, and the agents were able to confirm that the leads were qualitative and led to a reasonably high rate of conversion to sales.
